About
Our Pre-Primary is situated on the hill next to the Preparatory School. The setting is tranquil with a view over the Baakens Valley towards Algoa Bay.
The Pre-Primary caters for children aged 3 to 6 years in Grade 000, Grade 00 and Grade R. The children have a secure, well-equipped playground and are able to participate in a caring, colourful learning environment. Classes are small and individual needs monitored.
Our children in Grade 00 and R have access to computer facilities and they follow the Knowledge Network computer curriculum, which is also used in the Preparatory School. Letterland is introduced in the Grade R class. During the second half of the Reception year (Grade R), reading is introduced, where children can progress at their own pace.
We believe in creating an environment that not only stimulates the young mind, but also caters for the development of social skills and emotional well-being in a secure, consistent and loving way.
